I ordered multiple Valuheart heartworm medications and received them in a reasonable amount of time. We have four dogs so purchasing expensive name brands would probably mean just skipping this protection. The only thing I would ask for is the option to have the medication sent every month for those of us with multiple cats. I may have up to 9 pregnant cats in my care and over 30 kits at a time.
